Return & Exchange
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled, unless there are defective or damaged products.
Product damage claims caused by customer’s fault are not accepted.
Shortage claims will not be entertained 24 hours after goods delivered.
Every order only accepts refund or exchange one-time, whole packing items returned must be intact and in sellable condition. All gift items must be also returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the request.
If the replaced goods are not in stock, customer can replace other goods with the same value.
In case of mistaken transfer made by customers, the excess amount of money can only be transferred as Points. If insist on making refund, HKD80 administration fee will be charged. Suggested that customers should check the amount carefully before transaction.
To request an exchange, please attach photos of the goods as proof, keep the original packaging and receipts, and report to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days after receiving the products. Once the case is accepted, we will reply with the exchange form.
Please post back the parcel with filled in form to our desginated address within 5 working days, or contact our Customer Service Team for special arrangement.
In order to protect yours interests, ship the return via a traceable carrier, or a prepaid courier service. All the return shipping charges are to be borne by customers. “Collect Charge” shipment will be refused.
